Privacy Notice

Lumé is a pre-launch product. This notice explains what we collect when you join our early-access list and how we use it.

Who we are

Lumé ("we", "us") is operated by Wakeflow. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@mylume.uk.

What we collect

• The email address you submit to join the early-access list.
• The page or section you signed up from (e.g. hero, pricing, calculator).
• If you submit from the savings calculator, the estimated figures it produced (so we can send you a personalised savings summary). The numbers you type into the calculator stay in your browser unless you choose to submit.
• Basic, aggregated usage analytics (see “Cookies & analytics” below).

Why we use it (lawful basis)

To add you to the early-access waitlist, to notify you when Lumé launches (planned for August 2026), and to arrange your free, done-for-you migration. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it's stored

Your details are stored securely in Google Cloud (Firestore). We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. Lumé makes money one honest way — a flat £10 per user, per month — so we have no incentive to trade your data.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, which buttons are clicked). This may set cookies in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just email hello@mylume.uk and we'll action it. We keep waitlist details only until launch plus a reasonable period, then delete them on request.
